  This is a backpacker want to let all of you know that there is a bullying and harassment in Schiffke Pty Ltd which located in Stern road, Bellmere QLD 4510. There is a Australian supervisor name "N***" around 65 years old man with bald head. He is very rude and always talk about dirty jokes to me or other workers (jokes are about pee, sh_t or things about s_xaul) that makes me feel so uncomfortable but I didnt care so much and keep focus on work. He is always rude to the overseas workers, **there was one time when I just want to ask clearly about how to plant the strawberry because I dont want to make any mistakes for work, he just said "Shut up and plant", obviously he doesnt respect to the workers. For the whole working period, I feel depress and nervous to work with him. **Second time is he came to beside me and said "you know, there are some people look so sad, I want to send them back to there own country to see their mama.", I felt very uncomfortable and didnt reply, I keeped focus on work so he called my name and said that sentence. again, at the end i just replied "ah ok". He forced people listen to his bad jokes which makes people dont feel good and we have to reply him. I keep positive, polite to work and try to avoid conversation with him. **The other time, N*** asked me to push the strawberry trolley backward to a row to help to pick the strawberry. There is a hole like a 1metre little wooden well in front of the row, besides are some other trays and trolleys, also the trolley is very not easy to control the direction, Im afraid I will break the trolley, so I said "Its hard to push there", I was thinking he can help but he replied in a very bad attitude said "You have to do it, whatever you said you must do it, you have to do it". And then I know he is not in a good mood, I keep silent and push the trolley carefully into the row, when I finished that, he came back and yelled in a provoking tone said "You see! Its not that hard! You see that? Its not that hard! " I felt nervous and I dont want to get in any trouble and I wanted to keep peace with him so I keep silent and push the trolley to work but suddenly he yelled at me at said "Im talking to you, did you hear that Im talking to you! You see! Its not that hard! Isnt it? When I talk to you you cant just ignore me, If you dont wanna work, push your trolley back, a lot of people can replace you". For the last sentence that he want to kick me out, I felt wronged and very disrespectful, I cried immediately and felt sad because what he didnt to me is under the situation that I didnt do anything wrong with work. He told me when I didnt reply him makes he felt like he was a piece of sh_t. I believe he is not in a good emotional state, he over react and put his negative emotion to the workers. Im a backpacker come to Australia for working holiday to have a journey. I need a job to support my life but it doesnt mean that I need to work in a bullying environment. I come from oversea, when i got problems or difficulties, i always dont know how to protect myself or speak it out. English is not my mother language, I did my best to explain all the things here.
