  The first time I used this solicitor he was the duty solicitor at Caboolture Magistrates Court. I found him to be rude,uncaring and incompetent. I told him I wanted to enter a not guilty plea and he advised I couldnt. The matter was adjourned. I then attended that mention and found that my solicitors had instructed him today 25 Sept 15 as a town agent. I was immediately concerned and clearly stated that we wanted it mentioned that we required a full brief. I advised him that my solicitor had requested brief from police and I want the brief mentioned and requested again. He went in and asked for a committal mention date. I spoke with him about the above and he replied "its now listed". I said you advised me that I could not plead "not guilty on the first mention" He said "I did not." I advised him I had recorded the conversation and he replied" Good for you" Laurie Watling is a Liar and has no integrity. He knows who I am and I dont fear him taking action for defamation because its true and I can prove it. I would not use him to defend a parking ticket.

  Total disaster: abuse and threats, damage galore, job unfinished and outrageous conduct. Lengthy litigation awarded us compensation for damages, but were way out of pocket. In every room of our home they left us with their “damage-graffiti” on our personal belongings. Its as though our family home is now violated by these oafs. Were replacing each piece when we can afford it. Because their only response to our complaints was with threats, swearing, denial and bullying, we fought it to the end. This was the most horrendous move imaginable.

  Spent $8000 dollars on our car from this dealer. The car spent the first month after purchase back at the dealers fixing roadworthy issues and problems with the car. I drove it home and it lasted 2 weeks before the auto transmission died.........dont know how this dealer can sleep at night!Before buying come test drive this car.......I will do you a great deal on it....if you can drive it out of town you can have it! I hope our $8000 hard earned dollars makes you happy John!
